Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content, and access to any required accounts. Delays in your response may extend project timelines.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you own the website content you created. We retain the right to display your website as a portfolio example (unless you request otherwise in writing).

Digital Products

Digital products are ready-made, pre-built templates, frameworks, or resources that you purchase and use independently. Unlike custom web design services, digital products are not customized for your specific needs and are delivered immediately upon purchase.

License Grant: You receive a personal license to use the digital product for your own business or to customize and use with your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the product itself.
What’s Included: Each digital product includes the provided resource and any accompanying guides or manuals.
No Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable after purchase and download, as per industry standard.
As-Is Basis: Digital products are provided as-is without warranty that they will produce specific business results. We are not responsible for how you or your clients use the product.
Intellectual Property: You own the content you create within the product. We retain ownership of the product design and structure.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the product’s underlying systems
  • Use our services or products for illegal purposes
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform the product is built on (e.g., Notion)
  • Claim that we endorse your work without permission
  • Publicly disparage our work without attempting to resolve issues first

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Changes to Terms
